We certainly do tan some and sell the hides. Lamb hides tend to be a bit small, but we sometimes have good adult hides too.

sadly i suck at cooking lamb. Really, standing bone in roasts in general i have trouble with. That said, lamb with a rosemary salt and pepper crust, a bit of horseradish butter and mint jelly is some gooooooooood eatins
